Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2024, Friday. Clear purple red colour. Aroma and Taste of strong blueberries, honey, herbs, sticky finish.

2024 version. Pours very dark purple to nearly black. Scent is full, rich dark fruits. Balanced with the honey. Taste is full, sweet, rich dark fruityness. intense, mild booze. Bit dry trough the sweetness.

New Years dinner part 4. Paired with pannacotta, mead compote and fresh berries. Don’t normally check in my own meads but wanted to add the entire New Years dinner to Untappd. Pairing is ~4,5/5 but not adding any score of course.

Bottle, early batch, many thanks _angst_! Deep ruby to purple color. Aroma is strong blueberries, vanilla, good honey in the back. Taste is very heavy on the berries, a good amount of vanilla, not too cloying, despite all the stuff going on there - Oily mouthfeel with enough tannins to be interesting, flat. I love the tannins on this!

Aroma is heavy honey, blueberry, vanilla, blueberry - bilberries. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet a long duration, blueberry, both sweet and tart, sweet honey, honey, some lively tannins.
