Dark Drift is a special small batch dark ale. We combined the flavours of three barrel aged beers to produce a balanced, complex beer with flavours of oak, raspberries, vanilla, toffee and chocolate with a warming clean finish.

Draft. A black beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, alcohol, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, alcohol, and spices, leading to a bitter finish.

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Almost black with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, dark fruit, chocolate and dark fruit. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, dark fruit, sweet, cocoa, warming, liquorice and a little bitter.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours black with a creamy brown head, lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, lactose, little wet wood, chocolate, red berries, blueberry. Flavor is sweet, light tart, litght bitter, roast malt, caramel, chocolate, wet wood, berries, alcohol. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, sweet finish its warming alcohol. 221119

Keg at indy man beer con 2019. A jet black coloured pour with a lasting loose tan head. Aroma is dry roast, earthy,, soft, roast, light tang. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, dried fruits, rasin, earthy roast, coffee, light tang, apple, some cinnamon spice, toffee apple. Tangy, palate is light tang, higish carbonation. Warming alcohol.
