[5/11/2019] Bottle at Holm Ciderbar & Butik in Copenhagen. Clear orange. Apples, caramel, cookie, sweet, a bit of honey, rounded, smooth. Really good.

2016 bottle. Clear deep golden color with white head. Aroma is a but walnutty, boozy, gummibears. Taste is walnuts, gummibears, apple tart, sweet finish, not much acidity there. Thick oily mouthfeel, flat. Very good one, quite complex.

Bottle @ Home. Pours Clear golden, no head, light oily lacings. Aroma of rich apples wood, apple peel, light alcohol. Flavor is sweet and light acidic, rich apples, peel, wood, alcohol. Medium to full body, no carbonation, sweet and light acidic finish. 230419

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear dark golden without head. Aroma is sweet apples, ripe apples and concentrated apples. Flavor is very sweet and light acidic. Sweet and light acidic finish with warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 190419

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clea, dark golden, no head. Sweet fermented apple aroma. Light earthy notes. Good alc warmth. Sweet apple flavour, a little funk, good acidic bite. Nice.

Bottle, 12%. Clear golden with no head. Aroma is apples, rich and fruit peel. Flavour is apples, sweet, rich, apple peel, little apple juice and a little citric.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet and intense apples. Nice full apple taste with a balance of natural sugars and some acidity. Nice.

(Sample from a bottle at Gallows Bird Kekri 2018) The cider poured deep golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had apples, sweetness and tartness. Palate was full bodied and sticky with low carbonation. Flavours were apples, sweetness, tartness and lightly sourness. Aftertaste was warming and sweet. A pleasant strong cider.
