This Belgian inspired beer is super dry & crisp, with lovely lemon & white pepper hints. Named after the historic neighborhood we’re fortunate to call home - The Hill and aged in a Foeder Crafters foeder.

Bottle, 0.357l. Aroma of barnyard, yeast, citrus, peach and oak. Pours cloudy golden color with large frothy white head, fair lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet and sour grainy, yeasty, vinous and citrusy, following is peppery and woody, mouthfeel is mild spicy, while finish is pretty bitter. Full body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Deserves to be on top...

Pour is a cloudy blonde with a smallish white head. Aroma is a little sour apple and some white vinegar. Flavor is some wheat malt and a bit of sour apple tartness. Not much in the after taste. Did not get anything from the foeder used. I also did not get much of a yeast ester. Kind of bland and not one of this brewers best.
