On tap at Cascade, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light hibiscus, lots of ginger, and some grapefruit zest. Flavour is lightly sweet, with ginger, grapefruit zest, some tart citrus, and a hint of floral notes. Surprisingly nice mix of adjuncts, with a gently tart, even more gently sweet finish. Good stuff.

Taste starts tart vinous, grainy and berry-like, following is woody and zesty with ginger note, mouthfeel is mild spicy, while finish is mild bitter. Tap at OBF 2019. Pours clear, bright copper with a white head. Aroma: sour; zest; ginger. Med + body. Flavor: lightly sour and quite a lot of ginger. I like ginger. This is tasty and excellent.
