6 months ago we found the largest Omnipollo beer haul we’ve ever seen. The haul belonged to Bruno Policarpo Crocco from Brazil. To brew Bruno Raspberry Lime Crush in his honor was the only reasonable thing to do. Brewed with raspberry, lime, lactose and fresh mint.

[ As Omnipollo Bruno Raspberry Lime Crush ].
ABV: 3.5%. Murky matt - grey medium to light red colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, tart, lime, raspberry, tart raspberry, frozen raspberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, raspberry, tart raspberry, caraway (kommen), wheat, lime, raspberry slush. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (Bottle, from ICA Maxi Lindhagen, Stockholm) Cloudy reddish purple colour with lasting, frothy, pinkish head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of raspberries, lime, lemon and a touch of mint. Fruity, tart taste with raspberries, lime, orange juice, mint and a tart and dry finish. Light body, dry. Tart and refreshing with the lime and mint giving some extra freshness to the raspberries. Quite nice.

Hāpi festival 2019, poured with a slushie top. Pours bright red with a big foamy top thanks to the slushie machine. Very tart, so much lime, huge zesty lime, lots of raspberry and strawberry and red fruit stuff, big refreshing thing with a touch of mint. Super light refreshing body. So clean and well put together. The ultimate palate cleanser to end the festival.

Bottle from ICA Supermarket Sundbyberg. Hazy reddish/pink with a large pink head. Aroma of sour raspberries, some lime and light funk. The same in the taste. The finish was quite dry.

Taster at home courtesy of Thomas, big thanks. redish murky color, small pink head. smells of berry notes, spices, vanilla, herbal, thyme, earthy. nice to very nice smell. light body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes very dry, citric, lactic, some berry notes, raspberries, vanilla, spices, super astringent. finishes very dry and light to medium sour with lactic notes, citrus and some berry notes. hmm, very good smell, but taste is just too extreme, way too dry.

Draught soft serve at Folk and friends Hornstull. Pours pink red with a pink ice cream head. Aroma of raspberries. Tart and fruity brew, lots of raspberries and some lime.
