6 months ago we found the largest Omnipollo beer haul we’ve ever seen. The haul belonged to Bruno Policarpo Crocco from Brazil. To brew Bruno Raspberry Lime Crush in his honor was the only reasonable thing to do. Brewed with raspberry, lime, lactose and fresh mint.

Sample@Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2019 - red pour with a tiny white head. Medley of tart raspberry and light citric citrus fruit, light to medium body, raspberry prominent finish.

Draught @ MBCC 2019. Pours hazy pink with an offwhite head, lacings. Aroma of malt, light sourness, lactose, tart fruit, raspberry, lemon. Flavor is light sour, malt, tart fruity, citrus, lime, raspberry. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and acidic finish. 100519

Tap. Milky red color with hardly any head. Aroma is limes and herbs, raspberry slush. Taste is lime, raspberries, mineraly, tart finish, slushie style. Mineraly mouthfeel with a bite. About what you'd expect.

Rød tåkete/grumsete med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter sure bringebær, jordbærsyltetøy og noe laktose. Middels fylde. Sursyrlig smak, sure bær, bringebær og lime. Lang syrlig avslutning.

Sample @ MBCC 2019. Nice head with good duration. Color is red. Aroma and taste are red fruits, berries, lactose acid, malt and hops. Nice sour finish.
