Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce segni di orzo tostato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta nuvoloso. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di caramello, miele, frumento, frutta secca, pane tostato e agrumi.

Hazy amber. Aroma is mango mirabelle apricot light caramel. Taste is sweet apricot jam with bitter fruity hops. Nice balance and profile. Mouthfeel could be a bit more finebubbled but apart from that very nice.

On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Deep amber with a thin off-white head. Aroma is malt, maple syrup, caramel, hops (herbs, pine, white fruits). Taste is well balanced, sweet at first with a medium bitter end. Medium to light body, medium carbonation. I would prefer it with a higher body and a more persistent aroma. Not so "american", but a very well balanced red ale!
