La nostra bock è la birra dal carattere forte, il colore rubino e la schiuma cremosa. La produciamo con puro malto d’orzo e luppoli selezionati da agricoltura biologica.
A bassa fermentazione e con gradazione alcolica di 5,5% alc. vol., possiede una struttura e un’intensità gustativa forte e nobile, in cui sono immediatamente riconoscibili il caramello e la dolcezza dei malti scuri. Da condividere con gli amici intimi e le persone fidate.

Clear amber to red brown beer, creamy beige head, a little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: malty start, caramel, grains, hay, some cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet malty start, grains, fruity notes, somewhat nutty, gentle bitterness, soft acidity, some pears. Aftertaste: refreshing bitterness, very malty backbone, caramel touch, hay, pears, apple skin, soft acidity, decent bock. Nothing more.
