Sperimentare sempre. Lievito norvegese più luppolatura new world: ecco il nord europa. Hazy da paura. Aspetto chiaro, brillante nonostante la parte juicy, grazie KVEIK. Il naso è una scoperta: cocco, ananas, mango ed è subito tropici. Luppoli? Dr Rudi, Sorachi Ace e HBC522 sperimentale. In bocca è delicata anche grazie all’utilizzo di avena, l’amaro è rotondo non tagliente. La sua secchezza la rende pericolosamente bevibile, quasi da “staccarti” la testa.

Buying this can, directly at the brewery between a break. Drinking it now at home, peacefully, after an afternoon with the children, an ipa with some Belgian influences, smooth, sugar, fruity, peachy, lychee, middle bitterness for an ipa, 24.04.24, at Epalinges without stress.

BOIA Ghigliottina

Can at tasting. Clear pale yellow color, no head. Smell and taste lightly malts, slightly soapy, lightly bitter and a hint of citrus. Hmm a bit faint / flat. Meh.
