Sperimentare sempre. Lievito norvegese più luppolatura new world: ecco il nord europa. Hazy da paura. Aspetto chiaro, brillante nonostante la parte juicy, grazie KVEIK. Il naso è una scoperta: cocco, ananas, mango ed è subito tropici. Luppoli? Dr Rudi, Sorachi Ace e HBC522 sperimentale. In bocca è delicata anche grazie all’utilizzo di avena, l’amaro è rotondo non tagliente. La sua secchezza la rende pericolosamente bevibile, quasi da “staccarti” la testa.

Keg at Pub Beautiful, Aosta. Could tell it's strength from the nose. Strong hops and boozy profile. Decent enough but finish a little flat.

Buying this can, directly at the brewery between a break. Drinking it now at home, peacefully, after an afternoon with the children, an ipa with some Belgian influences, smooth, sugar, fruity, peachy, lychee, middle bitterness for an ipa, 24.04.24, at Epalinges without stress.

33cl can from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours orange gold, scarcely transparent, with scarce foam. Aroma is intensely hoppy, fruity, herbal, citrus. Body is quite intense, with average carbonation. Taste is quite bitter. Final is long and bitter, very aromatic.

Blikje gedeeld door Keukenman tijdens proeverijtje. Bleek geel troebel bier met weinig schuim. Aroma zoetig, bloemig. Smaak is hoppig maar wel iets waterig. Nasmaak is licht bitter.

Blik gedeeld door Keukeman, geprobeerd met Inoven en Benzai. Het is een goudgeel bier met een dun wit schuim. Het heeft een aroma van hop en wat kokos. De smaak is moutig, fruitig, hoppig, zacht kokos en wat gistachtig.

Can, 0.44l, shared with Leo & Dasa. Aroma of tropical fruit, yeast and flowers. Pours cloudy dark golden color with thin creamy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts juicy ripe tropical fruity and yeasty, following is grainy and herbal, mouthfeel is smooth and mild spicy, while finish is heavy bitter. Can. Pours a surprisingly clear yellow, small head. Aroma is intense pineapple, tropical fruit in general, also passion fruit, mango, papaya. The hop bill definitely shines through, also with some notes of grape from the sorachi ace. Medium body. Flavour is malty and mild, not too sweet, not too hoppy, very drinkable. Surprisingly only very little pine, though it is there, but lots of ripe tropical fruit, especially mango and passion fruit and some citrus, difficult to determine where hops ends and kveik begins, as this is not very Kveiky, safe for a little kveik funk. A good IPA, could just use a bit of oomph for me, though it is supremely drinkable and definitely a good everyday beer.
