Bottle 33cl. from the brewery's webshop @home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Hazy pale golden colour, huge rocky white head, good retention, good lacing lacing, some sediment in the foam. Strong aroma, pilsner malt, grain, yeast, overripe apples. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, bread, yeast, iron notes. Medium body, oily notes, rather overcarbonated, fresh sweetbitter aftertaste, fruity notes, bit sticky yeast mouthfeel, nice.
