Sample, thanks Robin Svensson! Clear coppery amber, small head. Bready nose with dates and honey. Mid sweet with medium to full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Toasty dark bread, raisins and hay. Mid bitter finish. Malt and harmonious dunkler bock.

Bottle 33cl. from the Signum webshop @home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Clear shiny copper colour, small creamy off-white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Restrained aroma, sweet malts, some toast, caramel, light liquorice. Smooth mild sweet and light bitter taste, malty, light chocolate. Below medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, light chocolate notes, rather thin structure but all in balance, but could use a little kick, nice.
