Bottle. Doddington Hall Farm Shop ages ago. Clear gold. Slim lasting white foam. Nose has wheat. Tart apple tannins. Whiff of sweet barrel. Taste has some sweetness up front. Gets a little dry and a little tart. Decent body with brisk foamy carbonation. Tart tannic finish with a whisper of the barrel lingering.

Bottle from Doddington Hall farm shop. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma and taste are fruity and funky with a dry finish.
