We've always wanted to brew a traditional Märzen and so we finally did. So grab your favorite feline friend and do a little Schuhplattler.

This Märzenbier is a medium bodied lager, with a light toast malt bill that has floral & toffee notes, and a slightly spicy but clean finish. Interpretation - the entire brewery LOVES THIS BEER and we hope you all do as well

16 oz can that was given to me as a gift. The pour is a clear copper golden with a smallish white head. The aroma is toasted and softly caramelized sweet malt, along with bit of grass. The taste is clean toasted caramel nutty malt, and finishes dry with grass. Very much classic Marzen flavors. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and the grass dry finish.

Caramel malt and fresh hay aroma. Dark yellow with large off-white head. Moderately sweet caramel malt, and moderately bitter/astringent fresh hay flavor. Good body.

One of the better traditional oktoberfests out there these days. Some toast, caramel malt, low bitter not overly sweet. Decent carbonation and body. A little less sweet and more toasty would be better but I'll take what I can get.

Pour is a crystal clear copper with a average white head. Aroma is a decent toasted grain. Flavor is caramel malt with some light grain and a clean aftertaste that leaves a little sweetness on the tongue. Decent but nothing spectacular.
