AROMA: medium to medium-low hop aroma with notes of slight fresh-green, lime and floral. medium-low malty background with a slight toasty and caramelly note. some oxidation notes starting to come up (cheesy). APPEARANCE: amber color and cristal clear. medium ivory head, moussy, with average retention for the style. slight leg formation. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium hop notes (floral/lupulin, slight lime and melon). medium-low malt background with toasty and caramelly notes. medium-high to high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish that persists. balance towards hops. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. slight astringency but not worrisome. OVERALL: an ok Red IPA with balance towards hops. would benefit with a bit more malt presence.
