We invited our good friends James and Jordan from Lough Gill Brewery in Sligo to join us in Wicklow to brew up something special. Having both spent time living in America, James and Quincey looked to American Candy for inspiration. The result? A 8.0% Peanut Butter Cup Imperial Stout brewed with as much Peanut Butter Cups as we could get our hands on, Peanuts and Vincentian Cocoa Nibs. Expect a full bodied stout with a burst of peanut butter, milk chocolate and a smooth finish leaving you wanting more. Enjoy.
