Draft @ Mikkeller & Friends, Copenhagen. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty coffee chocolate aroma. Roasted malty coffee and chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty coffee and chocolate finish.

On tap pours out thick black topped with a tan of a head. Nose is big sweet maple chocolate coffee forward wow. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate bourbon barrel booze coffee kick and the heavy maple.

Sampled at wakefest 2019. Pours black, medium tanned head. Smell is full, roasty, bit chocolate. Taste is sharp, full, roasty, sweet, intense chocolate. Very nice !

Draft. Black beer with a brown head. Light maple and light spice aroma. Maple and coffee flavor with light spice and caramel. Medium-plus bodied. Maple and coffee linger with light spice and caramel.

[5/9/2019] Draught at Mikkeller & Friends in Copenhagen. Black, brown foam. Lots of espresso, some vanilla, caramel, nuts, lots of maple, sweet, boozy, full-bodied.

Tap. Black color with beige head. Aroma is espresso, lots of good espresso, maple. Taste is espresso, maple, chocolate. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Awesome!

ABV: 15.6%. Hazy dark black brown colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, chocolate, coffee, espresso, maple, chocolate - vanilla. Flavor is heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, espresso, coffee, maple, chocolate, vanilla, dark malt, coffee - roasted. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - smooth, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light moderate alcoholic. Wow ... this is good ! [20190508]

Draught @ Mikkeller & Friends, Copenhagen. Super sweet, heavy with coffee notes, some roastiness, syrup, loads of mocha, vanilla,cocoa and pastry notes. Heavy and sweet slow sipper. A bit too sweet though.

0,2l from tap at Mikkeller & Friends. black color, small tan head. smells nutty, vanilla, earthy, peppery. decent smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of molasses, marzipan, nutty, some berry notes, earthy, peppery, bit toasty. finishes rather sweet with notes of hazelnuts, molasses and marzipan. very very heavy, rather little flavours for the abv. bit of a booze bomb, super sweet too

Bottle. Pours a dark brown with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong roast, dark chocolate, maple syrup. Thick body, maple syrup, roasted coffee, dark chocolate, boozy, dry finish, very nice.
