A tiny bit muddled. Cloudy. But pretty solid for a rye beer, good round body, low bitterness is spot on. Butchers tears Amsterdam

Bottle from September 2020. Pours a deep brown colour with a re due, and a dense light beige head with good retention. Aroma's of fruit, fruit candies, with rye and the typical BT mossy character retronasal. Flavour is light moderate sweet with a touch of sour and light bitterness. Medium bodied. Soft carbonation. Bottle. Color: Murky brown, off-white head. Aroma: Malty, rye, spicy and sugary notes. Taste: Malty, smooth mouthfeel, spicy rye notes, some caramel, sugar and some dark / lightly roasted malt, light fruity hints of dark fruit. Moderate sweet and light bitterness. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Ok.
