Very clear gold body, Smells of nice tart apple, vinous, slightly musty. Taste is smooth and sugar soft apple, no depth. Ends smooth and sweet. not bad, a little too subdued and it could be brighter.

Clear pale yellow. Apple, sweet pie notes with a touch of Sulphur. Boozy, hot and cooked apple. Not bad, but there is much better out there.

375ml at Matt's amenity room. Appearance: clear blonde. Aroma: boozy, moderately sweet apples, dry. Taste: boozy, sweet and sour, slight yeasty character in the end? Overall: quite good.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Clear blonde. Sweet, apple, booze. Decent, but nothing special.

Bottle, from the winery. Pale gold. Fresh apple aroma. Light spice, cinnamon, and a hit of sugary apple. Not bad.

375mL bottle, pours a clear blonde, no head. Nose is full of stewed apples, alcohol and a touch of residual sugars. Flavour is extremely boozy, with moderate sweetness, stewed apples, and alcohol. Sweet and boozy. Does not have the complexity of the classic Quebec ice ciders, but it's an enjoyable beverage.

Glass at the winery
Deep blond color, with nice legs. Aroma of stewed apples, light hazelnuts and light alcohol. Sweet flavor, apple juice and stewed mixed fruits, with a touch of tropical fruits; the alcohol perception is just a bit too high; it ends with some mild tannins. Good, but it lacks in fruit depth.
