Tap at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm, 29th March 23. Pours a dark chestnut brown. Aroma is caramel and bitter notes. Taste is assertive, burnt caramel and sugar, refreshing, bitter and complex. Quite interesting

(Draught at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm, 31 Aug 2022) Reddish amber colour with frothy, tan head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of apricots, red fruit and toast. Malty taste with toast, dark fruit and a balanced spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Rounded mouthfeel. Tasty and well balanced. Very nice.

Keg at Zum Franziskaner. Clear copper colour, mid sized head. Grassy, floral nose with some dark bread. Dry with medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Bready and grassy. Long bitter finish. Really good!

Fat på Zumen. Först mörk malt, torr choklad och sirapslimpa. När humlen slår till är det med ovanlig kraft för en mäzen. En örtig beska som i en pils.
