Can (12/5/22) pour from Candia First Stoppe Country Store. It's a lightly hazy golden yellow with tons of sparkle, finger-plus width white foamy head with good retention and trace lacing. Aroma is mix of musky herb, citrus, floral and pine. Taste is initial generic fruit followed by herbal component, then pine and biscuity malt finish. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average carbonation and finish as taste with lingering dry mild bitterness. Overall, I like how the flavors go in succession rather than competing with each other. Not a ground-breaking IPA by any means but well crafted!

Fruity, yet resinous, hoppy, crisp. An absolute delight.

Draught at Canary Square, 6/30/21.
Thick concrete. Deep maize. No head.
Lovely aroma, just a touch of bubble gum but otherwise not overly yeasty. Light, well-attenuated malts and a tropical flare, but not so intensely mango-y as to be cloying. Papaya, guava, light pine and orange with a touch of melon.
Quite surprisingly bitter for an NEIPA, which is actually appreciated. Soft, slick texture with plentiful honey-like malt. Pine and a touch of twanginess on the end is the only thing detracting in my mind. Otherwise, this is a fresh, juicy, balanced, explosion of beautiful hops.

Pours clear gold into a tulip. No head. Sweet caramel and grapefruit aromas. Soft with earthy pine and pith upfront turning to hot caramel before the lasting pith and resin finish.
