This barrel-aged Saison was infused with raspberries and hibiscus, during the boil, fermentation and AGAIN in Sangiovese red wine barrels! Tart raspberry, red grape and cherry are to the fore of this unique beer. Rich berry hibiscus, oak and a Brettanomyces makes this a real treat for the senses.
