[ As Wicklow Wolf Apex - Oatmeal Stout ].
ABV: 6.5%. Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, sweet malt, dark malt, oat, chocolate, light to moderate coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted - chocolate, oat, cocoa, dark malt, sweet malt, malt bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20221230]

Sample (thanks omhper!). Black colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is toffee, some roast, mild coffee, chocolate and some slight caramel tones. Flavour is pretty much similar to the aroma, in a very nice balance.

--Canned, from Craft Central, Dublin. -- Perfectly black, rich firm ceamy head. Distinct aroma of coffee and licorice. Mid dry with medium body and firm, yet creamy mouthfeel. Licorice and coffee, dark caramel. Mid bitter finish. Solid and super harmonious. Irish craft at its finest.
