On tap at the bpbw 22 leftover day. A really lovely imperial stout, smooth and sweet, balanced dark malts, light and underlying bourbon that warms slightly. Prune and caramel, chocolate, light roasted coffee. Not a flashy BA impy, but excellent, so balanced and smooth, delicious.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Black, small brown head. Intense vanillasish bourbon aroma. Mid sweet with full body and dense, rounded mouthfeel. Ashy hard roasted malt, oaky bourbon and coffee. Peppery warming finish. Potent and flavourful. Not very harmonious, but also never cloying.

Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, soy sauce, dark fruit, roasted, dark malt, chocolate, chocolate - coffee, bourbon - whisky, barrel - vanilla.
