King Nelson is our freshest Urban Jungle release. A single hop IPA that showcases the New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hop, this beer is also our first collaboration. And we were delighted to brew it with our friends at Craft Central at the BRÚ brewhouse in Trim—it was hard work, but a rewarding and fun brew day!

440 ml can at home. Pours a slightly hazy deep amber, medium off white head. Nose is tropical fruit, some green onion, small bit of green apple. Flavour is slightly muted but pleasant tropical fruit, apricot, some grapefruit.
