An East Coast Style DIPA with added Pineapple. This fruit laden beast pours an inviting hazy straw gold, and is bursting with tropical fruit flavours of Pineapple, Mango and Apricot. The carbonation is kept low to accentuate the silky mouth feel. The finish is dry with a hint of bitterness.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - hazy golden orange. Big fluffy white head. Nose - pineapple chunks and fresh pineapple. Something very floral and reminiscent of parma violets. Taste - resin and floral again. Tangy, pineapple and skin. Fizzy citrus at the back. Palate - close to medium bodied. Tangy, lightly bitter middle and finish. Overall - l like this!
