Another Redmonds collab. This amber is a symphony of delights. Amber aged in second fill Madeira and blended back with amber aged in bourbon barrels for 18 months.

Full on forest gateau on the nose / soft marzipan / hints American & French oak / toffee and yip it's there...Candied nuts! Medium body, round silky mouthfeel with a light carb. Autumnal beauty.

15/9/2022. Can shared by SHIG, cheers. Pours hazy dark amber bronze with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is malty, woody, earthy, sherry, dried fruits, prunes, caramel, chocolate. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Enjoyable.
