Can, big black beautiful pour, something like rolling nitro. Choco moose head. Smell is volatile alarming stout with spices in the background. Taste is big brown alky soaked spice bomb layered on strong black coffee and dark likker chocolate. Whew, a little warming on the go down. Rude and crude imperial stout. Yes, been a while since I had something this scary. Kick you in the teeth punch you in the head, burn yer little tummy. Now I think I found some hot pepper in there, it builds. Yes, in the end its simply one hard to take dizzying high alky bombshell stout. Did I say whew yet? Well then, lets go with WHOA!

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a viscous black with a full finger of brown head that dissipates. Lots of baker's chocolate in the nose with cinnamon and nutmeg really standing out as it warms. Smooth and thick mouthfeel on the palate. Lots of cinnamon and dark cacao flavors on the palate with the habanero coming in on the finish. A good amount of heat, but not unbearably spicy. Lingering cinnamon, chili and dark chocolate.

Tap at Brodys, Den Haag. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, liqouirce, chocolate coffee, big chilli spice, boozy alcohol. The flavour is moderate sweet, liqouirce bitter, with a big, rich, slightly oily, roasty, spicy, alcohol bitter palate. Medium to full bodied with flat carbonation. Nice but maybe a little over-spiced.

Nitro. Black color with beige head. Aroma is cinnamon, nutmeg, chocolate, hot chocolate that is, nice spice character. Taste is lots of cinnamon and nutmeg, maybe a touch too much nutmeg even, chocolate, no real chili flavour, but a little bite in the back. Velvety mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Good one, but maybe it is a bit too heavy on the nutmeg.

Draught, taster. Sampled on the 17/03/2019 at Barcelona Beer Festival 2019, (L´Hospitalet, Spain). Black colour with a medium beige head. Good retention. Aroma is toffee, cocoa beans, black chocolate and cinnamon. Taste is toffee, spicy jalapeño, cocoa beans and some black chocolate. Super spicy aftertaste. No more than a taster of this please. Next one please!
