A traditional raw ale, hopped with Citra, fermented with brewer's yeast, Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces. The beer offers a subtle lacto fizz blended with a dry young Brett and a bunch of citra. Crisp and quenching with a long dry finish.

Cloudy yellow with a full frothy head. Aroma of sour yeast. Flavour is yeast and grainy, dry citrus on a sour base.
