This is a mix ferment Gose with additions of Mirabelle Plum from Lorraine, France and Lebanese Ginger. Bringing you a tart Gose that is brewed using Indian coriander and pink Himalayan Sea salt.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy yellow. Snow white head. Nose - plum and light spice, possibly ginger. Taste - yep ginger and plum jam. Palate - tangy and medium bodied. Dry, tangy, tart finish. Overall - nice.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy pale yellow. Coriander, wheat, citrus, a bit of ginger, sourish, a bit of plums, a bit salty. Very nice and refreshing.
