This is a mix ferment Gose with additions of Mirabelle Plum from Lorraine, France and Lebanese Ginger. Bringing you a tart Gose that is brewed using Indian coriander and pink Himalayan Sea salt.

A: hazy yellow, small, white head.
A: plum, melon, white pepper, white grape, ginger.
T: sour plum, wheat, apple peel, salt.
F: peppery hops, spicy ginger, plum & salt.
P: medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation.
Balanced spiced Gose.

Cloudy golden beer, thin white head. Light fruity aroma. The advertised flavours of plum and ginger are both there and compliment each other nicely. The ginger lends it a nice tanginess along with a dash of spice and the sweetness of the plum balances it out. And there's just a hint of saltiness in the back too. Interesting and tasty.

440ml can. Poured hazy light orange in color, thick white head. pretty much as the label promises. Prunes and considerable amount of ginger. Not burning though. Creamy, balanced.

440ml can. Opaque golden yellow with a fine foamy white froth atop. Aroma of sharp lemon, distant ginger and faint plum. Fairly mild sour presence on the palate, soft pillowy palate, with gentle fruity nuances, pleasant salty hints on the finish. Refreshingly not overboard with the fruitiness, seems a little more true to style than others doing the rounds, light and drinkable. Decent.

Can, via the brewery online shop. Murked up, dark straw colour. Fairly dense off white suds stay the distance. Nose has stone fruit. Hint of fresh ginger. Mini Milk ice cream. Some orange sorbet. Taste is light sweet, with some tartness. Refreshing on the palate. Foamy carbonation. Lightly drying, lightly tart finish.

can at home August 2020... Light hazy yellow... big white head... big soft ginger... odd plim fruit nose. Light wierd funk... dry fruit.. sharp tart fruit.. Light plum... but too heavy of a lactose like flavour can at home 2pac day 2021... Light hazy amber... Light white head.. sift dry ginger fruity nose.. soft mellow fruit... Lightest sharp fruit.. soft mellow ginger fruit
