A side project of Dublin's JW Sweetman's head brewer. Made with lager malt and hops from Germany and North America which then spent 4 months of cold conditioning, to produce a softer, natural carbonation, with a smoother mouthfeel and a white fluffy head. Crisp and pure golden with an attractive mix of honeycomb, floral bouquets, and lemon zest. Unfiltered, unpasteurised, and unfined.

Bottle thanks to MrsSHIG: Poured a golden with a frothy white lacing head. Aroma is malty, grassy. Taste is grainy, malts, light caramel and grass. Refreshing on this hot day.

Clean gold with a medium head. Aroma of grainy malt. Flavour is honey malt, grain on a crisp clean finish. Bang on a Helles, would brink pints of this in a beer garden.
