Bottle, many thanks Nische! Murky yellow-orangeish color with white head. Aroma is apricot jelly, fizzycandy, white wine. Taste is fluffy apricot skin, Brausetablette, vineous, some spelt. Fizzy carbonation. Not really for me.

0,75l bottle at Nisches tasting, thanks for sharing. dark yellow murky color, small white head. smells of apricots, earthy, lactic, wine notes, nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, apricots, earthy, light grape notes, lactic, thyme, spices. finishes rather dry and medium sour with notes of apricots, thyme and lactic notes. very nice one, rather lactic sour, a bit heavy on the thyme notes. rather an american style sour 7, 4, 7,3, 16
