Ab Juni 2021 wird aus unserem Medium das neue "LeichtSinn". Es verändert sich aber nur der Name, der erfrischende Geschmack unseres "LeichtSinn" bleibt aber unverändert gut - für den Biergenuss mit gutem Gewissen. Es gibt (für so manchen vielleicht seltene) Momente, in denen auch ein spritziges Leichtbier genau das Richtige ist. Unser eigenes Brauverfahren verspricht perfekten Biergeschmack bei weniger Alkoholgehalt.

Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malzig getreidiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, getreidig, leicht hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for sharing! Mild neutral fresh. The beer starts neutral with grainy hints. Refreshing with a smooth dry and medium bitter aftertaste.

50cl bottle shared with Erzengel. A clear golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of cereals and grainy pale malt. Taste of dry grainy malt, cereals, straw, mild bitterness.

500 ml bottle from a supermarket as "Schloss Eggenberg Medium".
Golden, clear body, with a big, frothy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of hay, grass, bread, some malt sweetness, slight citrus.
Taste isn’t as watery as expected, with about the same aromas and a herbal bitterness.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes bitter, quite dry, herbal, bready, grassy, a bit citric.

Good for this low ABV. Easy, refreshing and not too watery. Nice low alcohol beer, I’ve had worse and it even is recognisable as a Pils.
