►Last Christmas (2018) we released 195 bottles of barrel- aged Roselle Sour Ale (also called “Luo-Shen,” who was one of the river goddesses in Chinese history) as our special anniversary release, and sure enough, all 195 bottles were sold out in no time. This summer we present Roselle Sour Ale, the young and unbarreled version of Luo-Shen that was fermented with our very own Tien-Long (means “Sky Dragon”) wild yeast. This gorgeous sour beer is full of fruity , citrusy, and floral flavors with a little funk from the Sky Dragon.
►2018 聖誕節，啤酒頭出品限量「桶陳洛神酸啤酒 Barrel Aged Roselle Sour Ale」，以美國波本與白蘭地木桶熟成，產量稀少僅 195 瓶。
►啤酒頭於 2019 夏季推出「台灣水果酸啤酒」系列，首波以尚未入桶前的「洛神」面市。洛神花的酸香與甜美，搭配「天龍菌」同台演出，道出還未進桶前的萬千姿態。

Bottle from Jiufen Old Town. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are berries, fruits, little lactose acid and has a nice light sour finish.

5/5/2024. Bottle from Hotel Royal Chihpen, Taiwan. Pours clear sparkling golden amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, citrus, berries, rhubarb, gooseberry, flowers, honey. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, oily, average carbonation. Sweet mead like elements. Enjoyable.

330ml bottle at the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy dark pink colour with a short-lived fizzy white head. The aroma is zesty red berry fruits, raspberries, strawberries. The flavour is moderate sweet, light sour, with a light, crisp, juicy fruit, yeasty biscuit dough, vanilla lactose palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation following the initial bubbles. More sweet than sour. Not really as advertised.
