Bottle @ Corona Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are rich lactose acid, dried fruits, malt, hops, vinous and has a nice long sour finish.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, vinegar, tart and wood. Flavor is quite sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 080420

Poured at Shelton Festival, dark amber with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is dark fruit, oak, leather. Medium body, oak, grape, funky, sweet malt, light finish, very good.
