It is a light, yet malty lager with a slight hint of smoke. We have added a small amount of beechwood-smoked malt to the grain base, which in this case fuels the aroma fire.
We have also used a significant amount of German noble Bavarian Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, which add a very subtle aroma and flavour with dried flowers and field herbs.
Ingredients: water, malted barley, hops, yeast.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orangey, dark golden to amber colour with average, fluffy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, smoky, malty aroma, notes of smoked eel, ham, beechwood ashes, whiffs of laurel and juniper. Taste is mildly smoky and minimally sweet-ish, biscuity, pale malty, slightly grassy hoppy, a tart-ish touch of green wood. Slightly oily, watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, mildly prickly, foamy carbonation. Almost refreshing despite the smokiness - very nice.
