Sample (thanks omhper!). Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is nutty, some roasted malts, mild grains as well as some biscuity elements. Flavour is roasted malts, some alcohol, nutty, and a bit liquorice roots and wood. A bit strange.

Tasting at Ryan's, can
Black colour. When compared to North American Imperial Stouts, this one is thinner and drier, but not too much. Good flavour of dark chocolate, cacao, spirit, brandy.
Pretty good.

Poured from 330mL can (thanks Cuso; bb 30.05.22). Black with small beige head. Black with small beige head. Gentle roast with light bitterness, mild dried fruits, touch of figs, subtle brandy notes the essentially just up the abv. Nothing too special.

33cl can from Yeme Grocery Store in Bratislava. Head is big, tanned, good retention. Colour is dark, opaque. Aroma is chocolate, cocoa, dark fruits, caramel, dried figs, bit vanilla. Taste is full malty base, chocolate, bit figs, cocoa, coffee, warming alcohol, vanilla touch, dark dried fruits, more fruity than pastry yet nice, enjoyed.

Canned, thanks Cuso! Black with small head. Licorice, black pepper and figs up front. Mid sweet with full body and dense, rounded mouthfeel. Black pepper, salty licorice and treacle. Long bitter finish with warming alcohol. Solid imperial stout, not super intense or complex, but pleasant, warming and non-cloying.
