My first beer at MCBT. Beautiful red with a pink head. And luscious jammy blueberry aroma. Medium bodied but bursting with flavor. A pleasant surprise as I know nothing about this brewery.

Tap @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration Tokyo, Yellow Session. Light purple pour. Creamy and has some nice foam on top. Nose is bit flat, blueberry there, maybe, otherwise getting mainly vegetables. Somewhat edgey. Taste has some blueberries, dry and not sweet at all. Again getting these weird bitterish-raw notes. A bit underwhelming but good tartness and overall would probably taste better when not compared with really great beers.

16oz can thanks to Steve. Pours out a dark purple marron topped with a pink head. Nose is big berries some cream and a tartness. Taste is more of the nice sweet berries vanilla cream and a pucker tartness.
