Deep brown body with garnet highlights, thin tan head. Nose roasty and sweet with charred sugars, chocolate syrup, and coffee/chicory. Body sharp, dense, sweet, loaded with charred sugars, chocolate syrup, and coffee-like chicory, with additional leafy or tobacco-like character and boozy heat. A big beer but with no more complexity than a regular session oatmeal stout, just more sugars and heat.
