Tap. Black color with no head. Aroma is big cinnamon, chocolate brownie, rich cake indeed, some roast even, not so much maple here. Taste is nutty, chocolate cake, really nice, not too sweet, roasty & cinnamony finish. Thicc oily mouthfeel, low carbonation. Not too sweet pastry, really nice one!

MBCC. Black without head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, cinnamon and bourbon. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with heavy alcohol. Boozy. 140522

Bottle from Livonia Liquor. Pours a pitch back with a small brown head that dissipates. Lots of dark chocolate, fudge, cinnamon and vanilla on the nose. Maple comes through on the palate with more fudge, dark chocolate and bourbon barrel flavors. Complex flavors throughout. Very good.

Black. There islots of cinnamon, raisin vanilla. And maple. It tasted alot like French toast

Bottle thanks to Adam, thanks! Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has graham cracker, vanilla and cinnamon with a bit of oak and sweet dark grains and chocolate backing. Flavor has a great combination of cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate and sweet dark grains with graham cracker and a hint of maple supporting.

Poured from bottle chocolate brown with a tan head. Aroma is chocolate vanilla cinnamon and brownie batter. Taste is creamy chocolate vanilla cinnamon ABV is well hidden. Amazing.

Bottle shared by Chalumeaux, much thanks! Flavor has rich chocolate, mild vanilla, with a lasting cinnamon in the finish. It really is similar to cake batter without any syrup or fudge notes. For the ABV, shows only a slight warming after the sip. Really nice!
