In this batch we explore a slightly less dry, rounder hoppy beer. We chose a new (to us) yeast that's less attenuative, modified our grain and water bills, and dosed it with the same massive dry hop that all our DIPAs receive. The resulting beer finishes a little higher, with super aromatics and a soft mouthfeel - in short, it smells and tastes very yummy.

Poured from 473mL can. Cloudy blonde with small white head. Dank citrus and tropical hops. Quite nice.

16oz (thx, Peter K.!) @ Ryan's shared with Farees. Appearance: murky golden with a white head. Aroma: dank, tropical fruits, sweet, a bit earthy maybe. Taste: along the same lines, smooth and juicy, a nice fruity hoppy bitterness. Overall: good one.

Murky yellow with a decent white head. Creamy citrus, light mango and some hay. Grassy, light bitterness and some citrus peel.
