It was about time we brewed another big IPA & it's explosive! BLITZ FIX is a hazy Triple IPA, velvety & lush!
A ripe tropical fruit salad kicks in as soon as you open it: tangerine, mango, papaya, peach & pineapple notes are all present from the dry-hop with 5 powerful aromatic hop varieties! The beer is both dry & sticky, but watch out... it's 9.9%!

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8.5 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 9 | Overall - 7.5
Pours very cloudy blonde/yelloworange. Medium to mediumsmall, rather unstable white pillowy head. Scent is rich, tropical pineapple, papaya, mango. Mild malty side. Taste is full, tad sweet obivously, but not overpowering. Alcohol shows, perhaps a tiny bit to much in comparancy to the best in style, but that is exactly where this beer belongs - withing the best of style. Creamy body, very attractive hoparoma profile (papaya, tropical, pineapple ) medium bitterness and still fairly drinkable. Perhaps - if you drop the style idea thing - this would be a better beer to me at about 8.5% , but as it is, its far from bad .
