Translucent pale golden color. Soft honey, honeydew, apple skins. Slightly tart nose. Semi-sweet. Modest carbonation. A nice waxy coating of honey on the palate. Low carbonation. Nice mouth feel. I usually dont like carbonated meads, but this is pleasant. I love the honey after taste just lingering on the palate. If you like carbonated mead, this will knock your socks off.

Yggdrasil Beyla 6.66% Sparkling Session Mead Crystal clear bright straw gold. Rich sweet flower blossom aroma. Full bodied but very dry with a sweet dessert white wine type profile. I get honey sweetness up front and honeycombs. Dry and enjoyable.

Honey and apples. Nice stuff! Don’t really understand mead but this was nice and very easy drinking

Bottle, mail order from the brewery. Interesting nose, honey, green apple, lemon, slightly minerally and flowery. Very pale, straw gold, with a touch fo haze and a lacy head but noticeable bubbles. Flavor is nicely fruity, lightly sweet, honey, apple, citrus. Interesting, refreshing, not too sweet, quite crisp. Slightly estery, flowery finish. Well done. I am not sure I would guess it was mead if not told. Almost like a semi-sweet (or demi-sec) sparkling white wine.
