Odlično se poda k potici in drugim sladkim dobrotam, pri varjenju pa smo tokrat poleg vode in ječmenovega sladu uporabili še belgijski sladkor, hmelj, kakav, sladki koren, pomarančno in mandarinino lupino, kvas in vaniljo,

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is chocolate, some parfumed soapy elements with mild berries and some citrus. Flavour is chocolate, some berries, nutty, citrus and quite evident dried fruity elements.

Bottle, 0.75l. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, anise, nutmeg and cinnamon. Pours cloudy dark brown color with thin light brown head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet caramelly and roasted, following is spicy, herbal and dried fruity, mouthfeel is smooth and warm with well hidden alcohol, while finish is mild bitter. Full body, syrupy texture and average carbonation in palate. Winter warmer suits in the summer heat as well…

Sample, thanks fonefan! Dark brown, coarse head. Aroma of cherry coke. Sweetish with surprisingly light body anc clean ,outhfeel. Cherry coke, some bitter herbs and frozen strawberries. Drier finish with low bitterness. Very weird.

ABV: 9.2%. Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted - dark malt, citrus, grapefruit, lemon. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, roasted - chocolate - dark malt, citrus - grapefruit, lemon. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210320]

Bottle @Saxo. Black, beige head. Choc and light roast aroma, citrus-like notes. Chocolate and coffee flavour, bitter with some sweet citrus-like notes, red berries. A little messy.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear very dark brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt and lemon. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. Weird. 200321

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.
