Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is sweet malt with caramel, some spicy yeast, touch of marzipan and stewed fruit. Flavour is sweet with a light bitterness. Medium body. Sweet with stewed fruit and sugary malt.

Bottle at home. Autumnal red brown color, small beige head. Smell and taste malts, a sweet candy-ish touch, before a caramelized sugary note comes through and it ends on a slight bitter finish. Quite nice.

Bottle from Hubo's. Color: Copper, beige head. Aroma: Sweetish, candy sugar, caramel. Taste:Candy sugar, malry, hoppy background. Hop is coming more forward at the finish. Subtle spicy. Hints of caramel. Moderate to over moderate sweet,moderate bitterness going to over moderate at the finish. Over medium body, just below average carbonation. Ok, somewhat more complex than some other Quads but a bit dull.
