0.33 l bottle from 'Holy Craft' (online), best before March 2022. A little hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity-floral aroma of lemon, pineapple and passion fruit. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity-floral taste of lemon, pineapple and some passion fruit, followed by a, gently bitter, a bit grassy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant, refreshing and nicely fruity.

Cremiger, herb hopfiger Beginn. Süffig, ansteigende Herbe, Zitrusnoten. Spritzig, trockener Hintergrund, was aber nicht stört. Hell getreidig, ansteigender Hopfen, mittellanger Abgang. 10/10/11/11/10/11

11-02-21 // 330ml bottle. Thanks to IK B. Very classic American Westcoast Pale Ale. Crystal malts, pine and resin. Some cascade hoppiness. Light citrus notes. And a drier bitterness.
