Sample (thanks fonefan!). Copper colour, small white head. Aroma is toffee, some tart fruits and mild berries. Flavour mild berries, some toffee, tart fruits and mild vanillaish sweetness. Vinegary finish.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear deep mahogany colour, minimal head. Aroma of vinegar and wood. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Red wine, cedar, balsamico and black currant. Low bitterness. Intense and quite complex. Really good!

ABV: 8.8%. Clear medium red amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, caramel, sweet malt, berries, sour berries, dried fruit, vinegar, light acetone. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, sweet malt, caramel, berries, wood, sour berries, dried berries, vinegar, dry, light acetone. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20210320]

Bottle @Saxo. Clear dark red, small bubbly head. Sweet fruity aroma, sweet prunes and raisins. Oily, low carb. Sweetish flavour, sweet dried fruit with some weird, unclean solvent.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma and taste are dried fruits, caramel, little lactose acid, wood, malt and has a nice light sour finish.

Bottle. Dark brown, dirty with small soapy beige head. Nice soury vinous nose, balsamic with some faint caramel. Later on some wood and vanilla. Soury taste, a bit gentler with some caramel sweetness and soem dry fruits. Lighter body, fresh. Nicely drinkable. Very fine stuff.
