Bottle at cgarvieuk tasting. Appearance - deep amber to brown. Nose - toffee and hazelnuts. Taste - more chewy hazelnuts and the booze us very evident. Palate - medium bodied and chewy through middle and finish. Overall - good though booze sticking out.

Bottle at Craig's. Pours deep ruby, nose is caramel, coconut, berries, oak, little apple, taste is similar, quite woody, some leather.

Bottle. Hazy brown color with beige head. Aroma is caramel, vanilla, fudge, barrel sugars. Taste is caramel, vanilla, fudge, very nicely balanced, although it's quite sweet and woody. Silky mouthfeel with low carbonation. Bottle (from Koht). Pours dark brown with beige head. Aroma is sweet, oak, vanilla, malt. Flavor is sweet, bitter, caramel, malt, oak, candy. Body is on the light side. Finish has some bitterness and booze burn. Overall: very good.

On Tap at Moscow BCD’17. Hazy chestnut brown colour, minimal head. Aroma: sweet malts, nuts, oak, whisky. Medium to full body. Medium sweet taste. Malty. Dried fruit. nuts, wood. Rather good.
