Canned (from KSM Kampus, Pori). Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is having tropical fruits, some guava and mild oaty tones. Flavour is tropical fruits, hopburn and some slight oaty tones too.

Dorée pâle, sur un léger trouble, col épais tenace blanc crémeux.
Arôme est à l'opposé du palais, ici nettement moins du côté levure. Les houblons sortent bien avec un fruité agrumes et tropical avec des effluves fines de noix de coco - ici, effet Sabro venant du Talus. Nez fin agrumes - pamplemousse, citron vert, petite touche boisée de chêne. Petite fraicheur de myrtille perce en rétro-nasal.

Palais est assez marqué par la levure - de suite un peu dérangeant - expliquant peut être ce col gigantesque. Le tout est un surfait sur une levure qui persiste en fin de bouche. Effervescence est assez haute, surtout sur le bout de langue.
Houblonné pour fini sec, avec un côté herbacé, léger pin, terreux rehaussé par le côté levure - et ce malgré que la levure kveik doit apporter un caractère neutre. Houblonné apporte une amertume tenace, pas mal de terreux, pamplemousse - petite note citrique et de coco.

In fine, un nez nettement plus haut dessus que le palais - une levure qui semble mal aboutie.

ABV: 5.0%. Hazyt to murky medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy hoppy, grapefruit, zesty, fruit peel, mango, peach, pineapple. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, wheat, fruity hops, grapefruit, zesty, fruit peel, mangp - peach, hops bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211118]

Can 440ml (KCM Puuvilla) Murky yellow colour, small white head. Citrus, mango, apricot, strawy hops. Medium-bodied. Citrus, mango and lots of hopburn in the flavour. Juicy but citrusy burny. Maybe Kveik gives extra citrusy fruityness.
